Shipping & Returns
All orders are shipped via USPS for safety and security! All orders above $150 placed on TheInsideTag.com are eligible for free standard shipping which is our standard shipping method unless another shipping method is chosen. STANDARD SHIPPING can take anywhere from 3-5 business days from the date that your order is shipped out, all orders $100 and above will require a signature confirmation. After your payment has been authorized and verified, processing time could take up to 24 hrs. Weekends and holidays are not included in the shipping time frame. All orders are shipped from our boutique located in McDonough, Georgia.
All orders placed on the weekend or on National Holidays will be processed on the following business day. In the rare occurrence that our shipping department is closed, you will be notified of the delay via email or telephone.
If our team needs additional information, this may cause a delay in your order. If additional information is required for further verification you will be contacted via email or phone. Please be sure to provide a valid phone number so that we may contact you in case of any issues or delays regarding your order. Please check your email if your order has not been processed within 24 hours. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to potential fraud.
PLEASE NOTE: The Inside Tag, LLC. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. In the rare event your package is lost or stolen, please contact the USPS (1-800-ASK-USPS) using the tracking number that The Inside Tag, LLC. provided upon shipping confirmation of your order. The Inside Tag, LLC. DOES NOT ship to PO Boxes at this time.
If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate /incomplete shipping information or further verification your order processing time may be delayed.
International Customers: The Inside Tag, LLC. ships your package DDU, “Duties and taxes unpaid”. All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and other charges are the sole responsibility of the customer placing the order. These fees must be paid before your package clears customs. The Inside Tag, LLC. is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearances.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
When your order has been shipped, an email confirmation with your tracking number will be sent to you. Once your package is scanned by the USPS carrier your package will be able to be tracked from the time it was scanned until the day it shows delivered. Tracking your order once your package has been shipped is important because unfortunately we aren’t responsible for orders that show “DELIVERED”. To make things easy for you, there will be a "Where’s My Order" link located at the bottom of our home page so that you will be able to track your order at anytime.
SHIPPING TIME FRAMES
Orders are shipped out Monday - Friday 9:00 A.M. - 1:00 P.M.
Please note that any orders placed on Friday after 1:00pm, Saturday, or Sunday are processed the following Monday.
(If Monday is a Holiday, then the order will be processed on Tuesday)
Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days
2-3 day shipping takes 2-3 business days
Express shipping takes 1-2 business days
International shipping can take 6-10 business days
If your package is returned to our facility by our provider (under the same label) for any reason, there will be an $8 return shipment fee that is applied for domestic orders. (Return shipment cost may very on international shipments)
Signature may be required upon delivery.
International shipping will have a flat rate shipping charge of $25 and can take between 6-10 business days.
Please Note: International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination, and are the sole responsibility of the customer. The Inside Tag, LLC. cannot predict what your particular duties, taxes, cutoffs fees may be. The Inside Tag, LLC. is not responsible for payment of customs, taxes, and duties. For more information regarding your country’s customs policies please contact your local customs office. Orders that are refused will be charged the original shipping plus return shipping to us, or subject to become a total loss.
The Inside Tag, LLC wants to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase.
* Items eligible for return must be unworn/unaltered merchandise that is also free from makeup, perfume, and/or deodorant marks, tags MUST still be attached AND not tampered with.
* If returning shoes, they must be returned in their original box and have no postage adhered to the box. If original box is damaged, a re-boxing fee of 30% will be deducted from your store credit.
* Items that meet our return guidelines may be returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY within five (5) DAYS after your package shows delivered. No exceptions. Store credit is processed AFTER we have received and inspected returned merchandise.
For all The Inside Tag, LLC purchases, we will gladly accept eligible returns up to and no more than 5 days after your package shows delivered via the USPS tracking database.
* Please send an email to email@example.com no later than five (5) days after your package has been delivered to receive a return authorization number. Your return authorization number MUST be included on your form. You MUST contact and ship your item(s) back to The Inside Tag, LLC no later than five (5) days after your package shows delivered.
Return shipment fees are at the expense of the customer. The Inside Tag, LLC will deduct a shipping fee of $8 from all returns that received "Free Standard Shipping", or the original shipping costs for all other returns. Please return your item in the most economical shipping method you choose. Be sure to keep a tracking number. We are not responsible for lost packages.

Please be aware if you return an item that does not follow our return policy, that item will not be approved and you will be responsible for getting that item shipped back to you at your cost.
YOU MAY NOT RETURN: Items marked as Sale/Clearance/Final Sale, Bodysuits, Jewelry, Sunglasses, Arm/Leg Warmers, Boot Socks, Lingerie, Leggings, Hats, Handbags, Scarves, Belts, Hair Accessories, and Gift Certificates/Cards.
We do not offer exchanges at this time. Our inventory moves fast and has limited quantities. We cannot guarantee the item you would like to exchange will be in stock when we receive your return. Please place a NEW order for an item you would like to purchase.
TROUBLE WITH YOUR ORDER?
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received DEFECTIVE merchandise you must contact The Inside Tag, LLC within 2 days of receipt. Proof of damaged item must be submitted and then reviewed by our team.
